The Materials used for making the slitter knife, are all from special steel, made in Japan. Corresponding to user's request, it's possible to select high-speed steel or dice steel.

For the Carbide slitter knife manufacturing you can select from materials Made in Japan or in the USA and EU.

We can also offer a selection of inexpensive Taiwan material for the spacer, in response to the request of price-oriented users. There is no big quality difference between made in Japan and made in Taiwan, for materials used to make the spacer.

The heating process of SC material made in Japan is carried out by high-quality surface quenching and material made in Taiwan undergoes carburized quenching, which results in good quality.
